• Job Description o Communicates effectively with team as great team player. o Coordinate all hiring stages from sourcing to on boarding including candidates Interview & Contract managing with team o Maintain & drive all required HR process for current & new joining team such Social security, talent management, employment law , required on job training & etc. o Manage the organization’s employee database and Formation of personal files of new employees. o Design annual HR budget plan & submit to get MD/Board approval for all pre-planned activities. o Provide monthly general HR activity Report to keep update MD/Board of current status. o Design & implementing Man power development programs based on MD/Board inquiry & decision o Design and implementation of KPI management system & conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction o Plan, Schedule & establishing internal affairs & events for company & staffs.
Requirements
o At least 5 years of related work experience in reputed companies or factories
o BA or Master of Related education
o Responsible Personality & Self Motivated
o Preferred Gender : Male
