We are in the process of launching a specialized startup in the construction industry (online store at the market place).We want to have a smart online business based on our expertise during these fifty years…. - Active role in recruitment & selection, training & development procedures and also in defining HR policies & forms & implementation. - Talent hunting & networking. - Strategic Staffing. - Identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan/staffing model. - Work with managers to execute workforce plan and strategy. - Interview candidates as necessary (critical talent and senior level positions). - Conducting exit interview sessions and make the analytical reports. - Retention plan based on analysis. - Future state/forecasting talent needs Rewards. - Finalize salary plan/budget. - Prepare, update and manage employee contracts in a timely manner. - Maintain and update HR Database.
Requirements
- At least MS degree preferably in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of related experience in human resource management.
- Familiar with startup and ecosystem startup is a plus.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Articulate and clear communicator in Farsi and English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a creative mind.
- A team player with a relentless desire to win.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
