We need a teammate to:
- Establish communication and interaction with employees in order to resolve their problems and needs within the framework of the rules and procedures existing in the organization.
- Evaluate and follow up the human resources processes
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Help us in holding different events and make new connections with people out of our team.
- Care about the team culture and keep it strong and effective, and help to develop it over time.
- Maintain and update HR Database
- Prepare, update and manage employee contracts in a timely manner
- Prepare managerial reports based on each company requirements

Requirements

- No matter how old are you, but it’s necessary to be active and passionate. - No matter what did you study at college but it’s important how much you are professional in your career and how much you are willing to know more. - At least 2 years experience in the HR field - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits - Excellent Time management practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
