Requirements

- Capable in the process of managing employee performance appraisal and service compensation system and job satisfaction measurement models - Capable of providing effective solutions in improving methods, administrative transformation and human resource development - Familiar with the employment laws and regulations of the country - Familiar with labor and social security rules - Master the process of recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining staff - Familiar with the development of directives, regulations and internal instructions of companies based on the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security - Capable of discussing the individual talent management of staff and trying to identify them, as well as promoting organizational culture and organizational development - At least a master's degree in related fields
