- Responsible for the recruitment of new employees including; drafting position descriptions, posting job ads on external job boards, shortlisting candidates and organizing interviews - Supervision, planning and monitoring of employee including controlling of employee attendance, duty leaves, time off and vacations - Performing job analysis & evaluations for new and existing positions - Design and conduct employee assessment and development programs according to organization strategies - Ensure employees are following their defined career path - Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction - Coordination and supervision of all internal and external events, meetings and celebrations - Identify required training for employee and ensure training are effective and in line with organization strategies - Prepare documents related to employees recruitment as per Iran labor law including employees contracts, insurance, etc. - Ensure effective running of the office including ordering of administration materials and coordinating for office maintenance
Requirements
- At least 3 year of experience in related field
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
