- Preparing and presenting reports based on the top indicated items to CEO.
- Presenting his/her capabilities in establishing long term cooperation.
- Continuous evaluating of assessment indicators of staffs skills.
- Capable to identifying the personnel skills and talents.
- Assessing new educational needs of the company and holding required educational courses.

Requirements

- Mastering on the process of training and developing human resources. - Mastering on design and editing of different HR process schemes. - Capability to interview and select the required new work force for the company. - Assessing teams and individuals functions. - Editing and revising HR programming issues. - Identifying assessment indicators for staffs functions and efficiency. - Mastering on human resources management trend and concepts. - Mastering on behavioral tests. - Mastering on defining organizational at charts and organizational at roles. - Cooperating with colleagues and having team work spirit. - Mastering on labor and administrative issues. - Having responsibility and work ethic and high public communication skills. - Defining new motivating plans.
