Job Description

- Developing, updating and monitoring policies and procedures of all human resources process such as: recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, evaluation appraisal system, training and development program, payroll system, Reward and compensation system, talent management and organizational culture, career path planning and maintenance system.
-Counseling staff and administrators on personnel matter; including promotions, Insurance, Retirement and other benefit, in a confidential, objective and professional manner.
-Designing and monitoring of organizational structure and chart.
-Designing and monitoring of discipline and ethics system.
-Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs.
-Plan & Organize activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management.
-Develop instructions & processes.
-Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation.
- Supervising the implementation of human resources legal requirements, investigating violations, reporting, attending relevant legal meetings, Implementation of management orders through preparation, updating and suggestions regarding HR policies and related processes

Requirements

•BS. or Master Degree in Management and Industrial Engineering or other related fields from the reputable universities. • At least 7 years of related experience in human resource management. • Mastering the related software such as MS-Office and Statistical Software. • Experienced in designing HR procedures. • Ability to create clear and concise HR communications. • Strong interpersonal, communicating and organizational skill. • Proficient in leading and coaching. • Have strategic mind and contribution. • Problem solving behavior
