-Set appointments and meeting for managers -Work with computer programs like Excel, Word and other office programs. -Responding emails, letters and inquiries -Managing visitors and coordinating for reception of guests -Preparing and typing draft letters -Answering phone calls -Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents -Arrangement of all flights, hotel bookings and getting visa for business and other trips -Type & dispatch required letters and minutes of meetings internally and externally
Requirements
-At least 5 years’ experience in related position -Having ICDL skill
