- Establish communication and coordination between all units of the company. - Prepare and arrange a meeting for staff, guests and other clients with the CEO. - Set the schedule for holding board meetings and prepare the relevant agenda. - Preparing the board of directors and making the necessary follow-ups regarding the implementation of the decisions taken. - Study and review of received reports and submitted documents and its compliance with the rules and reference instructions. - Necessary planning and coordination for the CEO to participate in meetings, seminars and conferences inside and outside the organization. - Set up monthly schedules and committees. - Supervise the writing of the draft correspondence of the CEO with inside and outside the organization - Follow the execution of the CEO's orders in different units and submit a report to the CEO - Monitoring the physical condition of the CEO's office in terms of cleaning, need for repairs, etc. - Coordination and follow-up for proper reception of the CEO's guests
