• Ability to lead and to direct engineering department and takes a lead role in supporting multiple engineers on multiple projects. • Experienced in design, modeling and manufacturing of industrial machines and equipment. • Experienced in the production Process (injection, pressing, turning, milling and assembling of new equipment). • Leading R&D and product improvement projects. • Experienced in reverse engineering concepts and methods. • Experienced in process engineering. • Experienced in CAM/CAD software to accurately and cost effectively produce one off prototypes • Experienced in related software (including Autodesk tools, Catia and Solidworks) • Its beneficial to possess knowledge about interface between food and engineering. • Its beneficial to possess knowledge about new technology concepts including additive manufacturing and Augmented reality.
Requirements
General Requirements:
• Fluent in English (fluency in other languages is an advantage)
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial machinery and equipment manufacturing.
• At least Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities.

• Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Willing to travel to project Locations and manufacturing plants.
