Job Description
- Preparing Cash Flow Reports on a daily basis
- Communicating and Corresponding with Banks and Exchange Offices
- Control all payment in different ways to Vendors (Cheque, Letter &, etc)
- Following issuance and extension of Letter of Guarantees, controlling the Bank Facilities and handle the instalments
- Assist the financial team for the month-end and year-end closing process
- Review and confirm the accounting entries on a daily basis
- Preparing Cash Flow Reports on a daily basis
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Coordination with auditors and tax administration
- Preparation and control of the list of salaries and insurance and control of wages and salaries register, Preparing VAT.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and Monitoring the day-to-day Trade financial operations.
- Designing account payable and account receivable postings per different Item groups
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Designing, training, implementing, monitoring, and controlling cost and financial accounting processes and procedures
- Follow up until the result is achieved Prepare internal, external, and management reports

Requirements

- Experience / Technical Skiles: - 2 years of combined experience in audit, treasury, accounting, or finance - Experience in e-commerce Companies is a plus - Deep knowledge of Treasury & Finance (A/P, A/R, LG, LC, Petty Cash, Bank) - Familiar with Organization workflows - High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) - Knowledge and Experience with Multi Currencies payments and receipts - Ability to work under pressure and deadlines - Theoretical Knowledge: - BA or MA in Accounting, Audit or Financial Management - Talented, motivated, and hardworking - In-depth understanding of contracts in terms of financial - Being accurate and eager to learn concepts and new tools and systems - Good Communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment - Familiar with import & export process
