- Operation & Traffic Specialist handling Air, Sea, and Overland and Transit shipments in a freight forwarder company
Job Description including but not limited to below tasks:
- Correspondence with agents, customers and cooperation with sales experts.
- Capability of handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments.
- Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters.
- Updating sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status.
- Preparing necessary or requested reports for management.

Requirements

Requirements - At least three years of experience working in the related field (Shipping & International Transport handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments) - Excellent team work and interpersonal skills. - Patient, Punctual, Focused and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure. - Minimum computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills. - Drawing excellent attention to detail - To be able to make timely decisions in a complex environment under pressure - Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently - Skilled in Commercial Correspondences. - Strong communication (oral and written) skills
