• Communicate with customers to identify requirements • Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made • Be responsible for accurate request and incident ticket updates and timely communication during the life-cycle of the incident ticket • The configuration of routing and switching equipment ,PTP Radio and firewalls • Maintain reporting, documentation, issue resolution, communication, and client satisfaction • Working hours: Day & Night Shifts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field required
• 3 years of experience in Datacenter and Service Provider
• Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing problems
• Knowledge and experience with enterprise networks, switching and routing protocols such as ISIS,BGP
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik platforms and PTP Radio
• Familiar with Firewall concepts and devices
• Ability to work well with other groups to implement functional network
• Experience in monitoring software including OP Manager, PRTG, NetFlow Analyzer and Event Log Analyzer
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation
• Must have good understanding of ITIL concepts
• Familiar with Ticketing Systems
• Perfectly familiar with the concepts of MTCRE and CCNP
• Intermediate English Knowledge
