Job Description

-Answering customers' phone calls and providing appropriate guidance
-Making outgoing calls and communicating with customers
-Responding to emails received from customers
-Following up on customers' problems to solve them
-System Monitoring
-Working Hours: 16:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office -High Communication skills -High Oral Communication -High concentration -Hard Working -Teamwork skills -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 35
