- Negotiation and concluding the contracts with new customers - Reporting the daily, weekly, monthly activity to related manager. - Prepare sales action plans and strategies -Schedule sales activity - Develop and maintain a customer database - Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials - Make sales calls and in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients - Develop and make presentations of company products to current and potential clients - Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person - Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship - Follow up on sales activity -Perform quality checks on product and service delivery - Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management - Participate in sales events - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the sales of Elevator or UPVC, VRF, GHP.
- Ideal Age Range: 25 – 39.
- Strong communications and problem-solving skill
- Ability to work well with cross -functional teams
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong understanding of the sales , building relationships
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
