• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and identifying potential customers and their sales potential. • Carrying out daily sales and planning daily sales routes through deliveries in the various market fields allocated. • Assessing customer needs, provides assistance and information on Products to build product trust relationship with customers. • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions with management, directing them to the depot and thus maintaining a good customer care. • Carrying out daily sales through deliveries in the various fields allocated in order to achieve department’s goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • Preparing daily and weekly sales reports and send them to the sales administrator and the CRM administrator. • Providing historical records by maintaining customer sales records of the area attached and achieving the set targets, weekly stock taking and reconciliation. • Monitoring competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, ways to improve sales products, new Products, delivery schedules and making recommendations to management. • Recommending changes in product, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Obtaining product stock orders from the sales administrator. • Maintaining a professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, trainings and establishing personal networks. • Contributing to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and any other duty that may be assigned by the Marketing Manager

• Preference to experience of industrial sales.
• Specialized training in promotions, marketing and advertising are preferred.
• Valid driving license.
