• Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements. • Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group and Panel Interviews. • Consult and support hiring managers to recruit best available talents for vacant positions. • Conduct of assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment. • Analyze the recruitment agencies performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommend changes and improvements. • Prepare documentation for hiring process. • Prepare monthly and annually hiring and HR planning reports. • Conducting recruitment interviews and support actively during the hiring process • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the related managers • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees and propose retention plan based on related reports and analysis on the root cause • Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring • Providing recruitment reports to team managers • Provide and update different needed reports in defined intervals
Requirements
- M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of experience as recruitment specialist
- Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices. - Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and the willingness to put in the extra hours, when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
- Strong attention to details, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent in recruitment process & interviewing techniques
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines
