Project Control Specialist

Job Description

The duties of the Project, Control Responsible are:
- Controlling all the incoming and outgoing documents of the project according to the project coordination procedure,
- Collecting data on the percentage of the project under the supervision of the project Engineer and Manager,
- Guiding the Project Secretary,
- Being responsible to Control the project correspondences and filing of the documents,
- Collecting the primary data, follow up of preparation of periodical reports on the job progress, and keeping one copy each of all the project documents,
- Updating the project executive plan under supervision of the Project Engineer and Manager
