Job Description

We are at Romak Ertebat looking for a PMO expert who will manage the entire scope of a project including development, cost control, implementation and closure of Information Technology projects. You will manage the development of long-and short-range planning in those areas related to Information Technology (IT) requirements.
You will allocate project funds and/or other key elements, consistent with progress attained, and measures, monitors performance and reports this to management to assure that commitments of all parties are being maintained.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings.
- Provide status reports.
- Prepare and submit management reports.

Requirements

Requirements: Professional skills: - BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering degree, Management and software Engineering. - Proficiency in MSP, PMBOK and CRM - Ability to attend meetings, identify and analyze development and cost control - Proficiency in Visual Paradigm, EA software - Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments - Expert in agile and scrum methods in software management and have experience working in agile teams - Knowledge of developing end-to-end delivery plans - Familiar with task management software like JIRA Soft skills: - Over 3 years of experience in designing - Resilience, Internal negotiation skills, Communication and feedback skills - Good problem-solving skills - A collaborative personality, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment - Discipline and professional ethics
