Job Description

• Provide full secretarial & administrative support.
• Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Organize and coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, and conferences, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars.
• Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation.
• Welcome visitors and guests and handling their inquiries.
• Manage office related affairs and communications.
• Programs set daily, weekly and monthly Effective communication between employees, managers and head set.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or MS/MA • At least 3 years of experience in a related field. • Team Player, Self-motivated, High discipline and hardworking. • Negotiation and effective communication skills. • Team work abilities and skills. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel, Internet) • Good at English • Ability to handle multiple tasks. • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
