Job Description:
- Strategic HR planning - Recruitment & talent hunting, (Based on Interview Methods, Personality Tests Analysis) - Development & Training (ISO 10015) - Coordinate and conduct HR activities (such as Job Analysis, competencies design, - On-Boarding, job categorization, performance management, …) - Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs - Plan & Organize activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management - Develop instructions & processes - Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation. - Set up a meeting for identifying & solving problems
Requirements
- Expert in HR Field as an HR general expert
- Familiar with strategic HR planning
- Familiar with business processes
- Familiar with knowledge management topics
- B.S. / M.S. degree in Management, Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the related field
- Advanced MS office skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills
- Being responsible and committed, honest, and hard worker.
