Job Description

- Analyze the strengths, weaknesses of the programs in the field of recruitment and training and provide a constructive proposal
- Conducting the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection of applicants
- Identify, develop and upgrade the recruitment and training system
- Perform all training processes
- Design and implementation of motivational programs
- Planning and coordinating interview sessions and training courses
- Compilation, analysis of jobs and preparation of job description and related factors
- Preparation of management reports
- Preparation of advanced and analytical reports in the field of human resources
- Document all works and Archive them
- Arranging correspondence of personnel and related organizations
- Planning, arranging and executing personnel welfare affairs
- Coordinating matters related to service and law enforcement personnel
- Performing other tasks assigned by the superior
- Close communication with all units

Requirements

- Master's degree in HR Management of reputable university - Over 5 years of experience in the field of HR - Female - Located only in Tehran - Ideal age: 30-35 - Full mastery of (Excel - PowerPoint - Word) Office - Preparing a video interview with Skype - Has a high IQ (IQ - EQ) - Doing work remotely until further notice - Ability to submit periodic reports via Skype - Graduated with a grade point average of 16 and above - Complete mastery of negotiation techniques - Familiarity with the principles of planning human resource activities - Planning and organizing skills - Ability to prepare, compile and analyze human resource reports - Take care of all human resource affairs
