Job Description

- The CTO will be leading a growing team of about 50 people in various subsections in the Technical division.
- He / She will report directly to the CEO and will implement the technical strategies collaboratively developed with the CEO.
- Therefore he/she will be responsible for the entire projects executing operations in the company.
- These operations include, but are not limited to, management, monitoring, problems solving, and data base update.
- He / She will also be responsible for overseeing and improving the processes in the technical department.
- All the operations and processes are based on the accepted organizational frameworks.

Requirements

- Education: BS/MS degree in Engineering/Science within an appropriate discipline related to Telecom. - Experience: 10+ years of experience in design, build, operations and support of Telecommunication services with 6+ years in a leadership role. - Other Skills: - High Emotional Intelligence. - Outstanding leadership, team building, and motivational skills. - Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem solving and decision making skills. - Having applied knowledge about Telecom and Operator companies including having good relationship with their managers and staffs. - Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a high pressure fast-paced environment. - Must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions. - Excellent time management, organizational skills and meeting deadlines. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to drive teams around change, process improvement. - Familiar with giant operators inside of IRAN. - Familiar with Telecom Standards.
