Job Description

• Systematic planning for the development of products in the company's portfolio
• Holding workshops in the regions and online
• Market monitoring
• Promote products and pursue large-scale negotiations with representatives, agro-industries, and leading farmers
• Tracking seed requests from suppliers, conducting tests and concluding tests
• Determining the strategies of the company's seed department
• Define long-term, medium-term and short-term goals of the seed sector
• Management of seed experts
• Evaluation of new varieties, selection, and commercialization
• Inspection of farms, greenhouses, etc.
• Planning experimental-semi-commercial and commercial crops
• Support for business figures
• Hold a field day and a seminar to introduce the figures
• Reporting to the management about the results of planting and forecasting the company's seed basket / the company's share of the country's seed market
• Communicate with the sales team to gain a proper understanding of market needs


Requirements
