Job Description

- Sales Support for the goods ordered by customers for the purpose of being imported
- Supporting customers with their logistics, customs, banking, payment, permissions and etc.. affairs.
- Motivated on following up Customer needs and demands
- Handling the orders placed by customers (The company provides customers with their orders being placed in order to be imported to Iran.)
- Follow-up the needs of the customers from the point they place their order until the shipment releases from the customs (All import protocols are to be supervised via the employee and the customer must be always up-to-dated.)

Requirements

- Information about logistics - Sales support about the products imported for the customers - Being familiar with Banking, customs, transportation, governmental affairs and etc. - Having time management - Interested in following up the subjects related to sales and commercial
