Job Description

-Plan, perform and coordinate both domestic and foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing
-Prepare purchase orders, request bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services
-Research and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history
-Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices
-Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations
-Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
-Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance

Requirements

- Experienced and skilled in import/export procedure -BSc in Business Management or any related fields -Between 3 to 5 years of experience in related field -Able to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing -Good command of computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) -Knowing all purchasing process from first step to the end (overseas) -Ideal Age: 27 - 37 -Must be fluent in verbal and written English
