Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively obtain startups ecosystem information from various source systems or portfolio companies in order to routinely update cash flow models with actual changes in market assumptions, other income, operating expenses or capital expenditures.
• Investments financial valuation with proper methodologies (mainly DCF) in order to define main KPIs of the projects/strategic initiatives (IRR, NPV)
• Provide critical analysis of changes at the investment-level in order to report on the cash-flow and valuation changes. Investment-level valuation reports include cash flow analysis, capital market assumptions, equity calculations and other metrics in order to assess the current valuation of owned assets.
• Oversee the analysis of market conditions from sales comparable and other sources in order to drive assumptions and assess the value of the assets.
• Support the entire valuation reporting process with our stakeholders and revise valuation models based on feedback.
• Support the third-party appraisal, positive assurance and audit processes by providing data and responding to questions as they relate to valuations.
• Prepare presentations and Board or investment-level analytics for Top management or portfolio companies.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s or Master Degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or related field • Minimum 3 year of experience in real financial field such as valuations, financial analysis, accounting, etc. • Banking & telecom knowledge, including broad market fundamentals and financial cash flow modeling, • Drive and desire to learn new technologies and grow technical and functional skill sets • Strong MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, skills required (Mandatory) • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
