Job Description

* Configure and install network switches in communications rooms both on-site.
* Configure and install Tape Libraries & tape Drives in data center rooms on-site.
* Monitoring of back-up systems and performing restores in data center rooms.
* Work with backup software vendor for issues that require their support.
* Maintain full register of assets of servers and network equipment.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Network backup problems.
* Support client system administrators for restores Backup.
* Upgrade the Network backup system software.
* Handle all of tapes generation for Network backups.
* Track the location of all tapes with the logbook.
* Securely dispose of failed tapes.
* Recall tapes from off-site as needed for restore.
