Job Description

- Responding to users' problems through the ticketing system
- Performing the requested configurations reported by users on the servers
- Troubleshooting various services on users' servers asap
- Make phone calls to specific users to follow up and resolve reported problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Follow up and report various cases with colleagues in different parts of the company

Requirements

-Expert in manage web services such as web server, DNS, database, mail etc on different platforms -Expert in Hosting Control Panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, etc. -Expert in Virtualization Systems such as xen, kvm, esxi etc. -Expert in Linux Operating Systems such as CentOS, Ubuntu and Cloudlinux -Ability to Fix and Handle Problems with Web Services on Hosting Servers -Basic and General Acquaintance with the Concepts of Cloud Computing -Basic knowledge and ability to understand bash scripting -Familiar with Network ( Network+ & CCNA ) -Minimum 2 years of System Administration Experience, preferably in a DataCenter or WebHosting Field
