- Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects
- Managing human, train and supervise engineering staff members

Requirements

- BSc/Ma in Textile engineering or polymer engineering - Min 5 years relevant experience - Familiar with textile and polymer material - Familiar with PRP documents (APQP, PPAP, SQA, PFMEA, …) - Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations - Knowledge of performance evaluation - Experience in reporting on key performance index - Proficient in MS Office - Outstanding communication ability - Attention to detail - Decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
