Job Description

• Implement, develop and apply talent management policies and processes to support the business strategy and optimize the quality of organization and management systems such as values, Job functions & grading, recruitment processes, performance reviews systems, learning & development, internal communications, etc.
• Contribute and apply to the workforce manpower plan (annual and three-year plan) regarding skill development forecasts and hiring plans.
• Implement and coordinate people's performance review process.
• Train and brief managers for the performance review process.
• Collect, consolidate, and report performance review results.
• Coordinate and organize talent review processes.
• Coordinate and organize succession planning processes.
• Implement and manage an annual leadership development plan.
• Implement and manage an annual learning and development plan.
• Build relationships with key external key partners for training and development.
• Promote and implement team building initiatives across the Company.
• Organize and coordinate biannual top management seminars (Top 50).
• Develop and apply job leveling and career paths within the Company in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits office.
• Develop and update the Company’s job role catalog
• Ensure the Company’s remuneration & benefits policy are competitive and in line with the market in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits office.
• Identify and collect recruitment needs (in line with the annual hire plan) for external, internal, and temporary recruitments.
• Define job profiles with a precise job description in collaboration with the line manager.
• Source and attract talented candidates via reliable recruitment partners and networking.
• Organize and develop the induction of recruited talents to ensure an accurate integration into the Company.
• Promote the Company employer brand by building a relationship with external partners such as universities, agencies, and recruitment forums.
• Develop and manage recruitments on the Company website.
• Develop and implement plans, processes, and tools for a common mobility policy and practices across the Company.
• Communicate the Company’s corporate values, culture, and leadership philosophy.
• Promote the Company’s culture by developing channels, platforms, and templates for internal employee communication and information sharing:
• Organize and hold success celebration events, diffuse the Company newsletter, implement the Company phone directory, and invent and communicate common Company codes and symbols.
• Organize and coordinate employee engagement surveys with action plan follow-ups.
• Contribute with inputs to employee relations instances meeting for talent management related questions.
• Drive the “To Be” skill mapping process.
• Develop and provide skill assessment toolkit.
• Drive the skill assessment process.
• Coordinate skill assessment results and define skill gap priorities.
• Implement skill gap development and training.
• Ensure internal communication of Capacity Building Plan roll out

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience. • BS degree in relevant majors such as Human Resources Management, etc. • Anticipation & Adaptation. • Listening & Empathy Skills. • Creativity & Innovation. • Influence and Persuasion. • Relationship Building. • Strategy Understanding. • Strong Learning & Development Knowledge. • Knowledge of performance management systems. • Change management support knowledge. • Recruitment & integration knowledge. • General culture in all HR areas. • Telecom industry understanding. • Proficient English. • Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills.
