Job Description
Installation, configuration, management and maintenance of infrastructure services (including DHCP, DNS, File Server, Print Server, FTP & SFTP Server and the like) in the head office and branches
• Perform processes related to the installation, configuration, update and support of the operating system servers of the operating domain and the business domain of the company
• Installing, configuring, managing, maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting Active Directory and Domain Controllers of the company's operational and business domains (at headquarters and branches)
Create, update and delete user IDs and access levels based on policies, create and delete user groups and Active Directory Organizations based on organizational chart
• Create, configure, manage and implement Group Policies and Assign them to relevant OUs based on the organization's policies or security requirements, Shaparak and ISMS
• Install, configure, manage, maintain and update enterprise e-mail service, define Mailbox users, prepare export and delete mailbox users after leaving the company, archive mailboxes and matters related to this service
Requirements
Full familiarity with Domain & Active Directory and related services (user management, computers, access levels, sites and Group Policy, etc.) Full familiarity with Microsoft services (such as DHCP, DNS, FTP, File & Print Services) Full knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and its management Full familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server Full familiarity with WSUS Familiarity with the management of antivirus systems at the enterprise level Introduction to network concepts (TCP / IP,…) Introduction to ESXi Virtual Server Infrastructure High ability to prepare technical documentation of services and keep them up to date Ability to attend after office hours, shifts, OnCall and holidays (if required)
