Job Description

- Lead and maintain employee motivation, resolve differences and tensions between them, and make practical decisions to advance store goals.
- Monitoring the flow of daily work progress, inventory compliance, prices, layout and overall appearance of the store, quality of customer service
- Train new store staff and help them get acquainted with the tasks and regulations as soon as possible
- Achieve store financial goals and optimize the sales process
- Store goods management including control of damaged and returned goods, supervision of arrangement
- Identify the needs of current and future customers of the store
- Answering customers' problems and questions.
- Evaluate the performance of sales staff

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in the field of marketing, business and business orientation management, handicraft orientation art and the like) - Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in store management - Age range from 30 years to 40 years. - Familiarity with the principles of leadership, human resource management and store organization. - Ability to train, manage, plan and negotiate with staff. - High PR, strong articulation and marketing and sales ability. - Availability at all times of the day including night and weekends. - Ability to take the initiative and take responsibility. - Mastery of support, warehousing and logistics - Master the structure and formulation of work shifts - Be married Advantage skills: - Familiarity with English, Arabic, Istanbul Turkish - Familiarity, work experience, knowledge and education in the field of art, handicrafts and souvenirs
