Job Description
• To establish spare parts retail sales procedure based on distribution sales method
• To prepare and manage customer visit plan for expanding retail sales channels and increase market share
• To supervising company range of spare parts products presentation to potential customers through the country
• To analyze market price and products and making sales promotions based on customers requirement
• To plan and present merchandising tools distribution for retail sales through the targeted market
• To evaluate customers and perform action plans for making loyal customers
Requirements
Education • Bachelor of degree in engineering/ management • A master degree in management is added advantage • Related courses in spare parts business is added advantage Experience • Minimum 8 years’ experience in automotive spare parts business • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervising • Minimum 3 years’ experience in distribution/retail sales • FMCG retail sales is added advantage • Sufficient knowledge in automotive spare parts and aftersales businesses • Sufficient knowledge and experience in direct sales and negotiation • Ability to work as a team member with strong interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and communication skills
