Job Description

We are looking for a sharp “Software Analysis and Design specialist” to support the Sigma Portal system and coordinate with our professionals in system development. Since we strongly believe in providing the customers with the best services, you will be expected to innovatively join hands in different aspects of the system enhancement, namely design, test, and procedural test and improvement, etc. to help the Sigma portal leave up to the customers’ expectations.
Duties and responsibilities
• Actively communicate with customers and get to know their concerns as well as expectations
• Benchmark other similar service providers and systems
• Have an insight toward related standards and regulations
• Have an eye on system requirements and analyze the system via breaking it down to the subsystems to observe the bottlenecks
• UI improvement and BPMN sketch
• Elaborately define ERDs with respect to the required activities
• Design the form charts via Visio and EA or any other related documentary software
• Provide technical solutions to enhance the system

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with the same occupation • Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills to handle the feedback sessions with customers and find out the expected system requirements • Presenting enough analytical documents and time estimation • Proven track record of software analysis • Proven ability in understanding business process analysis as well as relational data base concepts • Familiarity with UML, and BPMN • Hands-on experience on Visio, Enterprise Architect, and Bizagi
