Job Description

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Create and plan social media content calendar
• Define and measure the effectiveness campaigns and social media KPIs
• Create engaging written content for blog and social networks
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
• Provide managers with required reports in a timely manner

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical and time-management skills • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite • Team player • Expert in the concepts of Social Media Marketing and advertising
