We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and FastAPI to strengthen our team.   Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer Strong proficiency in Python and proven experience with FastAPI in production environments Solid hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL Strong background in API design Familiarity with Redis for caching, task queues, or async operations Experience designing, scaling, and debugging Modular Systems Experience using Celery for background and periodic tasks Strong understanding of Observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and testing best practices   Expected Skills: Ability to ensure observability and high-quality testing in all deliverables Strong in prioritization, managing dependencies, and dealing with ambiguity Result-driven with a focus on delivering shippable impact and value regarding defined deadlines   Nice to have: Experience with Kafka Exposure to system architectures and system design Prior involvement in product-driven development Familiarity with BPMN softwares   If you are a problem solver, proactive, and result-driven engineer with a passion for impactful backend systems, we would love to hear from you.
