• Assisting in the preparation of the financial and management reports and statements as per the firm guidelines • Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth • Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making • Produce month end and year end journals • Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process • Manage capital expenditure • Proficient in government regulations like tax declaration, SSO, VAT, Labour Law, etc. • Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations • Accountability for cash flow and production of forecasts • Review company assets and liabilities • Assessment of monthly expenses • Production of relevant commercial analysis e.g. margins and pricing • Assist in Budgetary Control for company expenses • Analysing prepayment, provisions & staff advances & Loans accounts on a monthly basis • Ensure the appropriate keeping of Company's accounting records of supplier and client invoices • Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis • Data entry and controlling • Controlling Sales and Purchase Invoices • Controlling Petty Cash • Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and reporting to Financial managers • Control and follow up receivable and payable accounts • Preparing seasonal reports and VAT • Following internal control • Monitoring all affairs of treasury including checking the bank accounts, issue the cheques, treasury accounting etc. • Liaise with other departments for any financial issue • Other related tasks
Requirements
• B.A or M.A. in Financial Management / Accounting or related.
• Fluency in English • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a finance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting computer software (Hamkaran Sysytem) and TSE online platform (CODAL)
• Computer Proficiency especially in MS. Office (Excel-Word-Outlook).
• Ability to exhibit patience while working under stress and pressure.
• Thorough understanding of management information systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial.
• Highly competent, with solid commercial acumen.
• Dynamic, committed and experienced.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
