Job Description

*Answering and record phone calls and messages
*Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
*Classification and archiving of documents and letters
*Coordinate office management activities
*Send correspondence
*Registration, control and maintain of incoming and outgoing letters and packages
*Prepare report and submit it to manager

Requirements

* At least a bachelor's degree * Familiar with English * Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM * Having ICDL certificate * Mastery of the principles of correspondence * Mastery of the principles of archiving and secretariat * Having related Job experience * Regular and accurate * Having work commitment and teamwork spirit * Responsible * Excellent communication skills * Interested in learning * Required: 2 people * Location: Tehran and Shams-Abad Industrial Park
