- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointment
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Arranging all daily office activities
- Proficiency in English
- Organizing and servicing meetings
- Managing data box
- Prioritizing workload
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients -Coordinating mail
- Generating, preparing and editing documents as needed
- Active, responsible، accurate and motivated
- Ability to analyses data and content productions
- Working hours: 10:00am-18:00pm

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor - Organization Skill - Communication Skills (Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence) - Writing Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to type and lay outing letters - Fluent in English (writing & speaking) - Schedule meetings, set calendars, alert manager about cancellations or new meetings - Excellent teamwork behavior and skills - Able to work extra hours in the afternoon, if necessary - 5 years of experience - Time Management - Problem Solving - Crisis management -Our company is located in the west of Tehran.
