- Responsible for sales and marketing of Resitan products in the field . You will be in charge of the following tasks: - Visiting potential, present, or any other customers on a regular basis - Sales plan delivery, drive business growth, new accounts development, new product introductions in existing accounts, and monitor competitor activities as well. - Making effective relationships with decision maker person in assigned accounts. - Training products to customers. - Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products. - Regular visits of decision-maker persons in Industry to promote products and monitor product availability and movement. - Demonstrated functional expertise in account management and segment development. - Planning weekly visits and daily reporting on performance for all business and promotional activities directly to the sales manager. - Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables for reaching annual sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of sales and account development experience
- University graduate, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Energetic, self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit, Enthusiastic, creative, inspiring, and Good at impacting and convincing others
- General Sales Knowledge, good command of computer knowledge, and Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Candidates with resin product sales experiences are preferred.
