Job Description

- Planning budget for annual cosmetic sales by cooperating with regional managers
- Setting monthly goals for cosmetic sales
- Data analysis and making sales reports
- Calculating performance-based salary and commission
- Planning and creating sales plans for cosmetic products
- Participating in grading customers and allocating suitable path for sales team
- Participating in creating a strategic plan for cosmetic products sales

Requirements

- Having an analytical mind and a driven character - Good commands of Office skills and Outlook, specially Excel - Having presentation skill - Having a good sense of sales (for cosmetic products) - At least two years of experience as a sales planning manager (in cosmetic area) - Good leadership capabilities
