- Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and upcoming products - Targeting and formulating sales policies across branches and sales channels - Calculate and control of commission of all the distributors and sales individuals - Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes - Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities
