Requirements
- The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys the hunt, and is strong with sales-closing deals/negotiating and prospecting for new potential new business customers and direct sales with the customers.
- With 5 + years' experience in outside sales, involving generating leads through cold calls, internet research, referrals, etc. including personal visits to customer sites.
- Knowledge and experience calling on prospective customers in the Industry.
- Flexibility/wiliness to travel.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft office.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in direct sales, sales support, distribution channel marketing, key- account management.
- Experience in selling, knowledge of the different rotary equipment ( Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, … ) market preferred Engineering Degree a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Fluent English knowledge in all writing, reading, speaking,
