Job Description

Primary responsibility for the Sales Manager is to contribute to our company’s sales objectives and profit goals across all sales regions. Responsibilities include developing and supervising and working with a team of Sales. Building long term client relationships and growing the overall customer base and the company’s market share. The Sales manager should use creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes, to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

Business Unit Job Requirements:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to develop new markets and new customer base-focus in different industries and applications.
- Pursue leads and manage all aspects of the sales process, quoting, follow up, negotiating, and closing the deals/contracts for both new and existing customers.
- Manage a network of Independent Sales Representatives
- Report to Management, sales, growths activity, trends and projections, won and lost opportunities and performance
- Identify and develop an effective marketing strategy to grow business and push the Company brand Actively participate in organizing, arranging, and working in our company booth at various trade shows.
- Local travels as needed, minimum 50 % of time initially, in order to accomplish sales and growth goals. International travel if needed.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPI’s and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys the hunt, and is strong with sales-closing deals/negotiating and prospecting for new potential new business customers and direct sales with the customers. - With 5 + years' experience in outside sales, involving generating leads through cold calls, internet research, referrals, etc. including personal visits to customer sites. - Knowledge and experience calling on prospective customers in the Industry. - Flexibility/wiliness to travel. - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft office. - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills - Strong communication and team management skills. - Analytical with a problem-solving attitude. - Experience in direct sales, sales support, distribution channel marketing, key- account management. - Experience in selling, knowledge of the different rotary equipment ( Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, … ) market preferred Engineering Degree a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. - Mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. - Fluent English knowledge in all writing, reading, speaking,
