Job description:
1- Market research, customer and competitor tendencies to clarify market needs and participation in marketing strategies
2- Identify customer and communicate effectively with them
3- Manage customer in related regional (Call and communicate with potential customers via phone Is necessary)
4-Work closely with other sales experts, financial unit and customer support unit
5- Writing a schedule to communicate with targets and execute it
6- Identify and collect information of current, potential and lost customers, classify and register them according to the company model
7- Reporting to Managing Director, Sales Manager.
8- Face-to-face and telemarketing
9- Carrying out sales processes from the beginning to the delivery of shipments to customers

Requirements

1- professional in computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK) 2- Fluent in English 3- Good communication, negotiation and social skills 4- Ability to work as a team member 5-Minimum 3 years of experience 6- Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker 7- Strong articulation and familiarity with negotiation techniques 8- Ability in market analysis and related reporting 9- University qualification * Work experience in the field of transportation and postal companies is an advantage*
