Job Description

-Analyze data and internal user feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development
-Reporting and illustrating market problems in a "story" that puts the problem in context, User stories are one component of requirements
-Submitting reports about roots of issues, problems and related business recommendations
-Analyzing effectiveness and efficiency of existing problems gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging of these processes.
-Follow up sales process from start to end and sustain long-term relations with customers
-Identifies opportunities to optimize sales and profitability
-Consults with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals into written text
-Defines KPIs at the level of organizational units and occupations
-Prepares monthly and weekly sales reports for the management
-Participates in Business Planning preparation
-Dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to -KPIs, projections, and historical performance
-Creates & monitors budget distribution, annual sales budgeting & targeting.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing , IT, or industrial engineering. -At least 1 years of work experience in analytical, sales analyst or business analyst -Strong planning, problem solving and multitasking skills. -Expert in building effective dashboards with Excel. -Expert of MS Excel, Search, Data Gathering and competitor analysis -Strong analytical and research skills -Good negotiations and problem-solving skills -Effective reporting and presentation skills -Enthusiastic and proactive team player -Good command of English language -Familiarity with BI and PowerBI is a plus
