Job Description

• Monitor the marketing research process to identify market characteristics, competitors and customers
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of activities and online advertising such as: SEO, email marketing, click advertising, etc.
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of offline activities and advertisements such as: banners, environmental advertisements, etc.
• Planning to use social media and oversee public relations activities
• Designing and holding internal and external campaigns for brands and products with high and low turnover
• Monitoring the implementation of brand campaigns and preventing deviations from the approved policies
• Manage the production of content and its compliance with the brand strategy
• Manage and monitor the process of handling customer complaints
• Close relationship with Business Managers to Synergy and improve processes
• Set marketing and sales goals on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis
• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify strengths and opportunities
• Product pricing and updating over time
• Develop a marketing calendar and budget marketing actions
• Positioning brands and developing marketing mixes for each brand
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Determining the rate of discounts, offers and periodic promotions by brands
• Ability to plan sales and implement advertising projects in order to develop market share.
• Determining methods and standards for communicating with the customer in the CRM department
• Monitoring targeting and setting goals and operational systems for development Based on the approved budget and other macro goals of the organization
• Prepare all kind of sales and marketing reports to CEO

Requirements

• At least MA degree in Marketing / MBA • At least 7 years of relevant work experience. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Ability to analyze the market • Have problem analysis and problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and attain customer satisfaction • Leadership and communication skills. • Conceptual thinking • Critical thinking • Decision making • Negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills • Professional in computer & MS office • Fluent in English • Ideal age: 36-45
