Job Description
• Supervision and assurance of identifying all risks in the organization, including operational, market and financial risks
• Design, development and improvement of processes, tools, models and facilities for identifying, evaluating and reporting organizational risks, enterprise units and environmental risks
• Establish, develop and maintain risk monitoring and reporting structures, such as reporting dashboards, risk registers, templates and supporting documentation
• Leading risk analysis and monitoring processes in business units and ensuring their alignment with enterprise strategies and efforts related to risk reduction
• Guiding the main stakeholders of the organization in evaluating and managing all types of risks
• Support the organization's senior managers to play their role and responsibilities in the field of risk management
• Supervise the preparation of statistical reports and risk analysis
• Provide periodic reports to shareholders and board members
Requirements
Requirements • At least 5 years of similar work experience in the field of risk management (design, implementation and guidance of issues related to risk management) • Education: Ph.D. / Master • Field of study: Industrial Engineering / Financial Management / Banking / Economics / MBA • Ability to model and use related software • Work experience in high-risk and dynamic environments Personality and behavioral characteristics: • Macro and strategic thinking • Ability to analyze data accurately and quickly • Systematic thinking • Ability to implement ideas
