Job Description
- Supervising the sales and administrative activities of representatives
- Search for prospects and start negotiations to increase representatives
- Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and implementation of measures to achieve business goals
- Making, following up and getting result in signing new contracts
- Being assertive in collecting debts
- Target allocation in agencies
- Ensuring the performance of regional sales development and ensuring the implementation of regional sales programs
- Planning sales activities
- Preparing monthly and annual plans and reports
- Implement vision goals
Requirements
-Being assertive and persuasive -Being able to communicate with different people - Having interpersonal skills - Four years experience in this career - Having a bachelor's or master's degree in management or other related subjects - Having no restrictions to travel and being mobile - Being ready for extra hard work - Having a strategic and problem-solving mind - Understanding business and industry innovation in a changing environment - Selling skills - Efficiency of MS Office applications - People with work experience in Cosmetic distribution are in priority
