Job Description
• Design integrated cost management processes for projects, evaluate processes in implementation and improve them, accompany the project in the implementation of processes, Project reporting procedure, project cost control and their continuous follow-up so that the projects are completed according to the approved budget.
•Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cost management processes and methodologies (project cost planning and control) and implementation of them in the organization and projects in an integrated manner
- Funding, CBS projects with the help of the project team
- Provide a supervisory and controlling role on cost management processes and continuous improvement
- Define key performance indicators for project cost and continuous measurement
- Development of reporting processes and preparation of report templates
- Follow up the problems of the projects in the relevant section and solve them systematically
- Provide training in knowledge areas and cost management processes to the organization and the project team
- Prepare financial performance reports for projects using EVM, portfolio and other analytical project financial reports and provide early warnings and cost reduction solutions to projects
- Provide appropriate solutions based on the most optimal path in terms of risks facing the project
Requirements
- Full mastery of PMBOK cost management knowledge and EVM topics - Ability to develop methodology (implementation method / instructions) for project cost management - Full mastery of the implementation and full implementation of cost management in the project (as well as the experience of implementing the project cost accounting (AC) process and integration with the financial system) - Ability to evaluate and audit cost management methodology in implementation and improve it if necessary - Preparation of cost management report (with EVM method) appropriate for the audience and project stakeholders - Ability to financially analyze projects and provide analytical reports, as well as the necessary reports to reduce costs and optimize costs and reduce project financial risk - Ability to teach cost management topics in the organization and project team Degree: Master of Industrial Engineering / Financial Management / MBA Place of employment: Tehran * Priority is given to applicants who have a professional project management degree (PMP) or have a project management certificate from the Iran Project Management Association.
